It is with great pleasure that Les Jardins de Métis welcome three rising stars in Quebec cuisine to the kitchens of Estevan Lodge on Sunday, August 21. Patisserie chef Patrice Demers, sommelière Marie-Josée Beaudoin (one of 5 finalists in the recent 2011 Wine Women Awards competition) and chef Marc-André Jetté from the Montréal restaurant Les 400 coups will be at Les Jardins de Métis for a special culinary event. Enjoy an opportunity to sample the culinary creativity of this trio and their use of the best local and Québec produce.

Tickets for the 5 course dinner are $200 per person. Those attending will be issued with a donation receipt of $130 per ticket. This event is held in aid of the International Garden Festival. This year’s Festival welcomes three of New York’s leading designers, Diana Balmori, Ken Smith and Michael Van Valkenburgh. The 24 gardens of the 12th edition of the Festival are on exhibit until October 2nd.
